Here comes.....HESTEC!!!

here comes the biggest event of the year...and yet I don't have enough time to visit more than a couple of the events. This week I planned to attend a poster session from one of our own from the REU program (who won 1st place!). I had class by the time she planned to present but was still able to see a student from the physics department present on optical chip technology. It was amazing to view the million dollar funded project funded by NSF be seen in action and awarded. The student was quite knowledgable and engaging in his presentation.
